Fictional bill + EOB demo

Understand the difference before you pay.

Claim Guardian traces a medical statement against its Explanation of Benefits, shows the unresolved amounts, and prepares a clear question for the billing office.

No account. No personal uploads. No savings claim. Not legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice.

One understandable job

From confusing documents to a reviewable next step

The demo keeps the evidence, arithmetic, and action in one path instead of hiding them behind AI scores or agent dashboards.

Step 1

Open two fictional documents

Review a provider statement and its companion Explanation of Benefits without uploading personal information.

Step 2

Trace every amount

Compare all six rows, including adjustments, plan payments, and the amount the EOB assigns to the patient.

Step 3

Prepare a factual question

Edit, copy, or download a complete balance inquiry. The public demo does not send or track it.

What is real today

A complete, testable public demo

  • All six fictional source rows stay visible.
  • Charge, adjustment, payment, and responsibility totals reconcile exactly.
  • Statement and EOB tabs, row selection, edit, copy, and download work.
  • Unknown or repeated data receives neutral wording instead of an accusation.

Not presented as real

No pretend integrations

  • Personal uploads stay off until privacy and retention controls pass review.
  • Provider portal delivery stays unavailable without an authenticated destination and receipt.
  • Response tracking stays unavailable without a real inbound event.
  • Differences are not reported as savings, overcharges, or resolved outcomes.

The limits are part of the product

Medical billing is too consequential for confident guesses. The public experience says what is missing, withholds unsupported actions, and keeps fictional and real outcomes separate.

Can I upload my real bill and EOB?

Not in this public deployment. Real documents can contain health, insurance, and account information, so personal inputs remain disabled until private storage, deletion, and vendor controls pass review.

Does the EOB prove what I owe?

No. An EOB is not a bill, and a statement can be out of date. The demo asks the billing office to reconcile the two documents instead of declaring a final balance.

Is the difference a savings estimate?

No. It is only the difference between the statement amount shown and the processed EOB patient-responsibility amount in the fictional case.

Does Claim Guardian contact the provider?

Not in the public demo. Copy and download work. Provider delivery, response tracking, and human advocate support are clearly marked unavailable.
